A Destination Unto Itself

Situated in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh, Pa., in close proximity to several leading universities and health centers, NINS will continue to enhance the region by becoming a destination for Newman scholars from across North America. As the Institute expands, it will further define Oakland as an international center for research, education, culture, and entrepreneurial activity.

Lending Your Support

We are confident that this new endeavor will grow to become a wonderful resource for visiting scholars and our community as a whole. This will require three to five years of intense development efforts.

Friends of the National Institute for Newman Studies can contribute to and support the success of this project in several ways:

1. Donating a special collection of books.
2. Funding the development of the Newman Knowledge Kiosk.
3. Sponsoring a scholarship.
4. Underwriting the cost of publishing the Newman Studies Journal.
5. Assisting with staff salaries and other operational costs.

All contributions are tax deductible. For more information about contributing to NINS, please contact Fr. Drew Morgan, Director, or Catharine Ryan, Assistant Director, at 412-681-4375. On behalf of the National Institute for Newman Studies, your gifts and prayers are greatly appreciated.
